It is free to sign up and create an account. It is also free to schedule your appointments and message us through the app. Paid membership allows you to take advantage of included annual oil changes, lifetime warranty on qualified repairs, free concierge services with loaner vehicle.

Anyone can use our free app to schedule service, message your shop, and view service history. Paid memberships and included benefits will not be available to fleet, commercial, high performance, or custom off-road vehicles. All vehicles must have current registration to be eligible for Apresto benefits.

Your annual membership is going to vary based on your particular vehicle and annual usage. Our most common membership is $199 per year.

For only $99 per year, your paid membership will get you lifetime warranty on your qualified repairs and access to our loaner vehicles and concierge service at no charge. For $199 per year, you’ll get these benefits PLUS included oil changes.

You can cancel at any time. However, at the time of cancellation we will deduct the cash value of any oil changes that have been redeemed during the applicable period. Your lifetime warranty will also expire at this time and cannot be reinstated for previous repairs.

By using concierge service, you are able to schedule vehicle pickup and drop off from your home and/or work. You can have your vehicle serviced and returned to you without ever lifting a foot!

Lifetime Warranty on qualified repairs is only valid with the Platinum and Diamond membership plans. Lifetime warranty is void if membership is not paid and current. Lifetime warranty is not valid on previous repairs if membership was canceled or more than 30 days delinquent. Lifetime warranty does not cover road damage, acts of nature, acts of god, or any event not encountered during ordinary driving.

Lifetime warranty only covers labor on:

  • Engine rotating assembly and cylinder heads
  • Turbo chargers
  • Transmission internals (including clutches, hard parts, and solenoids)
  • Hybrid batteries
  • ABS Modules
  • Network Modules or computers

Lifetime warranty only covers up to the original purchase price. Price increases or products that have become unavailable are not our fault.

Lifetime warranty is not valid on used parts. Used parts will have suppliers stated warranty only.

Lifetime warranty is applicable to original vehicle owner only.

Lifetime warranty requires system fluids to be serviced at Apresto stated intervals to remain in effect.

All qualifying repairs will automatically include a 2 year/24,000 mile nationwide parts and labor warranty, regardless of Apresto plan.

a. Used parts, engine, transmission, ABS modules, Computers, and hybrid batteries are subject to the manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty only.

b. Clients refusing to use manufacturer’s recommended fluids will be void of any type of warranty.

c. Clients not adhering to Apresto recommended fluid maintenance intervals will be void of any type of warranty for associated parts.

a. Oil Change – Engine oil must be changed as per manufacturer’s recommended time/mileage interval AND using manufacturer’s recommended fluids. To maintain your warranty, you must have documentation of these oil changes at the correct intervals. Clients opting to perform their own service must keep parts receipts with properly documented date and mileage. Clients exceeding manufacturer’s recommended intervals by 5% or more will not be eligible for parts or labor warranty.

b. Brake Fluid Exchange – Must be performed every 30,000 miles and with manufacturer’s recommended fluid to maintain any type of brake component warranty. Clients opting to perform their own service must keep parts receipts with properly documented date and mileage. Clients exceeding manufacturer’s recommended intervals by 5% or more will not be eligible for parts or labor warranty.

c. Power Steering Fluid Exchange – Must be performed every 60,000 miles and with manufacturer’s recommended fluid to maintain any type of power steering component warranty. Clients opting to perform their own service must keep parts receipts with properly documented date and mileage. Clients exceeding manufacturer’s recommended intervals by 5% or more will not be eligible for parts or labor warranty

d. Engine and/or Hybrid Cooling System Fluid Exchange – Must be performed every 60,000 miles and with manufacturer’s recommended fluid to maintain any type of cooling system component warranty. Clients opting to perform their own service must keep parts receipts with properly documented date and mileage. Clients exceeding manufacturer’s recommended intervals by 5% or more will not be eligible for parts or labor warranty.

e. Transmission Fluid Service – Must be performed every 60,000 miles or at manufacturer’s recommended interval – whichever is less. Filter must be replaced as well only if recommended by the manufacturer. Clients opting to perform their own service must keep parts receipts with properly documented date and mileage. Clients exceeding manufacturer’s recommended intervals by 5% or more will not be eligible for parts or labor warranty.

f. Differential and/or Transfer Case Fluids – Must be replaced every 30,000 miles if the vehicle is being used more than 10% of its life off road or 60,000 miles if vehicle is being used on road only. Vehicles with water contamination will be void of warranty. Clients opting to perform their own service must keep parts receipts with properly documented date and mileage. Clients exceeding manufacturer’s recommended intervals by 5% or more will not be eligible for parts or labor warranty.

g. Fuel Injection Service – vehicles with direct fuel injection systems must have the system serviced every 15,000 miles. Vehicles with standard non direct fuel injection must be serviced every 30,000 miles. Clients opting to perform their own service must keep parts receipts with properly documented date and mileage. Clients exceeding manufacturer’s recommended intervals by 5% or more will not be eligible for parts or labor warranty.

ALL Apresto users will receive:

  1. Free tow to our facility within 100 miles
  2. Free roadside fuel assistance
  3. Free roadside jump start
  4. Free roadside lock out assistance

Roadside assistance is provided by an independent contractor. Apresto users must schedule service by dialing 1-800-ACDELCO.

Vehicle can only be towed to your preferred Apresto shop.

Your Diamond Apresto plan will entitle you to a years worth of oil changes. The number of oil changes included will be:

  • Three oil changes per year for vehicles using synthetic blend or standard full synthetic oil changes. These vehicles have a 5,000 or 10,000 maintenance interval.
  • One oil change for European vehicles and vehicles requiring premium grade long life fully synthetic oil and/or vehicles requiring 8 or more quarts of oil. These vehicles typically have a 12,000 mile or higher oil change interval.
  • One oil change for Diesel vehicles.

Premium Apresto members can purchase additional oil changes at 50% off standard pricing.

Spark plugs must be replaced at manufacturer’s or Apresto recommended interval – whichever is less. Typically a copper spark plug will be replaced at 30,000 miles. Platinum plug at 60,000 miles, Iridium plug at 90,000 miles.

Loaner vehicles are $19 per day upon availability. Concierge service is available at $29, and can include a loaner vehicle upon availability,

a. Loaner vehicles are based upon availability. Loaner vehicle agreement must be signed, and only signing driver may drive said loaner. Signing driver must have current FULL coverage insurance and valid drivers license. Signing driver accepts all responsibility for damage incurred to vehicle while in their possession.

b. Complimentary loaner vehicle must be returned within 24 hours of vehicle service completion. Clients opting to keep loaner longer than this will be subject to a $19 per day rental fee.

c. Loaner vehicle must not travel more than 50 miles from loaning Apresto service center without express written permission to do so.

d. Loaner vehicle must not be used as a work vehicle and or loaded with materials, used to tow, used to transport paying customers, or in any other manner outside of stated normal use.

This will be at the sole discretion and availability of each Apresto shop.
